The image shown is a new cover mock-up for the upcoming release of Ninja’s Adventures – The Magic Mirror, the first book in a bilingual children's series written and illustrated by T.H. Martins.

Inspired by the real-life story of Ninja, a rescued black kitten found near the Estoril racetrack, the book follows her journey from uncertainty to belonging. Curious about the world around her, Ninja becomes fascinated by reflections and discovers that mirrors may hold secrets far beyond what they seem.

Created in both Portuguese and English, the story is designed for children, families, and language learners to enjoy together. The project combines storytelling, illustration, and a love of animals, with artwork developed over many months to create a magical and immersive reading experience.

At its heart, The Magic Mirror is a gentle tale about friendship, courage, and finding home. It marks the beginning of Ninja’s adventures and introduces readers to a world where magic may be hiding in the most unexpected places.
